**Education Counselor - Domestic Calling**

**Experience**: 0-2 years (Freshers welcome)

We are looking for an enthusiastic **Education Counselor** to guide students over phone calls. Your role will involve calling potential students, explaining available courses, and helping them enroll.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to students and parents
- Share details about courses and education programs
- Understand student needs and suggest the right course
- Follow up with interested leads
- Convert inquiries into admissions
- Maintain call records and update CRM

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills (Hindi/English preferable)
- Confident and clear in phone conversations
- Basic computer or mobile app knowledge
- Graduate or Post Graduate
