**Primary Responsibilities**
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

**Profile Requirements**
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Handling incoming leads, telephonic inquiries as well as walk-in inquiries. Also, work towards converting the leads into confirmed bookings
- Knowledge of Client Relationship Manager (CRM) software and MS Office
- Real Estate or Home Loan experience preferred
- Command over Marathi ,Hindi, English will be a plus
- Any Degree or equivalent
- Real Estate Sales: 1 -3 years (preferred)
- Great Interpersonal Skills.
- Exceptional Oral and Written Communication Skills.
- Strong Organizational Skills.
- Ability to Work in a team Or Individually as and when required.
- Ability To Manage And Handle Multiple Tasks.
- Outstanding Problem-Solving Skills.

- Strong Decision-Making Skills.
- Ability to Tolerate Stress and Pressure.

**Education:

- ** Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**: Min. 1-3 Years
