**Job Profile -**

The **Powder Coating Incharge** is responsible for the most effective and efficient use of the powder coat line and oven, while maintaining accuracy and quality.

This position reports directly to the Production Operation Manager and is responsible for employees’ workflow in **Powder Coat area**.

The **Powder Coat Manager** will work closely with the Paint Manager to achieve production goals and quality.

Oversees the daily workflow of the powder coat line, schedules and organizes staff to ensure proper staffing.

To Handle & Manage Powder Coating plant.

Should have Knowledge about **pre-treatment process line, CED & Powder Coating process.**

To prepare all production and powder coating related documents.

A Good knowledge and experience of **working on DFT meter, Gloss meter, TTR, SST, Impact Tester, Conical mandrel test and Cross cut adhesion test**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
