Position: Sales Engineer

Location: Kondhwa, Pune.

Requisites:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or related field
  • Experience: Minimum 4 – 5 years in Sales Engineering or related role within the coatings industry
  • Strong knowledge of paint finish systems and powder coating technologies (formulation, application & performance)
  • Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability initiatives in coatings
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change, and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, research, and lead generation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in automotive, industrial, and architectural coatings markets
  • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits to promote paint coating solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Provide technical expertise and application support to customers, including troubleshooting and product guidance
  • Prepare and manage sales forecasts, reports, and analytics to drive business growth
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in coatings
