**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Coordination**:

- Oversee the manufacturing and production of custom furniture, modular cabinetry, and other interior elements.
- Ensure that all production activities align with design specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor the production schedule to meet project deadlines.
- **Material Management**:

- Coordinate the procurement of raw materials, hardware, and finishes required for production.
- Ensure materials are available in the right quantities and delivered to the factory on time.
- Maintain inventory records and minimize wastage.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Act as the point of contact between the design team, factory team, and site installation team.
- Communicate design changes, revisions, and updates to the factory team and ensure proper execution.
- Work closely with site coordinators to plan for on-time delivery and installation.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Inspect finished products for defects or deviations from design and quality standards.
- Ensure all products meet company standards before dispatch to the client’s site.
- Address any production issues or delays promptly and escalate critical concerns to the Production Manager.
- **Logistics and Delivery**:

- Plan and coordinate the logistics of transporting finished goods from the factory to the client’s site.
- Work with transportation teams to ensure safe and timely delivery of items.
- Ensure proper documentation and inventory management for dispatches.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Identify and implement improvements in factory workflows and processes to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with the factory team to reduce production downtime and improve productivity.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed records of production schedules, inventory, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and project stakeholders.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure that factory operations comply with health and safety regulations.
- Promote a safe working environment and address any safety concerns promptly.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Production Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in a factory or production coordination role, preferably in the interior or furniture industry.
- **Technical Skills**: Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality control techniques. Proficiency in MS Office or project management tools is a plus.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate effectively between teams.
- **Time Management**: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize under tight deadlines.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical skills to address production or logístical challenges effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
