**ob Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, tools, and equipment related to electrical and automation projects.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of stock levels using ERP or inventory management software.
- Issue materials to technicians and engineers as per job requirements.
- Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and storage of sensitive items such as PLCs, VFDs, relays, sensors, control cables, etc.
- Track movement of high-value items and maintain records of issue and return.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase department for reordering.
- Ensure compliance with safety, storage, and environmental guidelines.
- Coordinate dispatch and packing of materials for offshore or onsite jobs.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the store area.

**Required Skills**:

- Knowledge of electrical and automation components (PLC, sensors, contactors, breakers, etc.)
- Familiarity with stock/inventory software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Zoho, or custom ERP)
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Basic understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word)

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum HSC/Graduate in any stream (technical diploma preferred)
- 2-5 years of experience in a storekeeping role, preferably in electrical, marine, or industrial automation sector

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Background in marine or offshore equipment stores
- Knowledge of international packaging and documentation norms (for export jobs)
- Good communication skills to coordinate with technicians and vendors

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
