**Role Overview**:
As a **Revenue Executive**, you will be responsible for optimizing revenue and distribution strategies for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include managing hotel revenue systems, setting up and maintaining channel managers, booking engines, and ensuring seamless integration of property management systems (PMS).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Revenue Optimization**: Implement pricing and revenue strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- **System Management**: Set up and maintain Channel Managers, Booking Engines, and PMS integrations.
- **Rate & Inventory Management**: Monitor and update hotel rates, availability, and promotions across multiple platforms.
- **Performance Analysis**: Track and analyze KPIs, competitor pricing, and market trends to recommend adjustments.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align strategies.
- **Reporting**: Generate revenue performance reports and provide insights for decision-making.
- **Client Support**: Assist hotel partners in troubleshooting system issues and optimizing their revenue strategies.

**Key Requirements**:

- Experience in **hotel revenue management, distribution systems, or a similar role**.
- **Proficiency in revenue management tools**, channel managers (e.g., SiteMinder, RateGain), and booking engines.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
- Experience in hotel software integration (PMS, OTA, CRS) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients effectively.
- Strong communication skills for client coordination and support.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, pricing strategies, and digital marketing for hotels is a bonus.
