- Understand user profiles and create content targeted appropriately to meet user goals.
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content for various digital platforms

**Requirements and Skills**

**Mandatory**:

- Bachelors’ or Masters’ level degree in Engineering / Instructional Design / Technical Writing / English /

Journalism / Mass Communication or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Min. 7+ years of experience as a Digital Content Specialist / Instructional Designer or similar role, with

3-4 examples of past work.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to write effective instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts.
- Solid knowledge of course development software (Articulate 360 Suite).
- Demonstrable visual design skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - in particular, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe

Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign) and ability to storyboard.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment

**Good to Have**:

- Impressive knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models — certification in

Instructional Design from a recognized institution will be an added advantage.
- Experience developing multilingual content is a plus.
- Experience with at least one Learning Management System is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and web design principles.
- Experience with multimedia content creation (e.g., videos, photography, etc.) is an added

advantage.
- Experience with Vyond, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Blender, 3ds Max, and Figma is desirable

but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and web design principles.
