**Role Overview**:
We, at Zolo, are looking for a young motivated and experienced professional who has 0-4 years of experience in business development or field sales in the context of start-ups, retail expansion, real estate, banking, internet e-commerce, hotels, or hospitality industries. He/She is expected to play an end to end role in the evaluation of new clusters for expansion including assessment of market demand, supply availability, and running discussions with suppliers to initiate new property acquisitions and further ensure that the occupancy of these clusters remains north of 85% as per company expectations. He/she should have good execution and analytical abilities.

India's Largest Coliving Platform, The Zolo app provides hassle-free, rental accommodation offerings in 350+ properties across 10 cities in India. We offer fully furnished single, double, and triple sharing rooms for rent replete with, homely food, a clean environment, and caring staff to ensure that tenants have a comfortable and memorable experience at Zolo.

**About the Role / Responsibilities**:

- Conduct property scouting activities to identify potential properties for acquisition or partnership. -Perform site visits and inspections to evaluate properties based on predefined criteria.
- Gather and analyze property-related data, including location, condition, market trends, and potential profitability.
- Identify and gather contact details of property owners for further engagement and negotiations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in field sales.
- Fluent in Kannada.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
