**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with product recommendations, size guides, and styling suggestions to enhance their shopping experience.
- Address and resolve issues related to orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and collections in the fashion industry to provide informed assistance.
- Handle escalations professionally and ensure customer satisfaction at all levels.
- Provide feedback to the team on recurring customer concerns and suggest process improvements.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Prior experience in the **fashion industry** is strongly preferred.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in fashion, business, or a related field is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Strong understanding of fashion terminology and trends.
- **Attributes**:

- Customer-centric approach with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vasant Kunj, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)
