**Responsibilities**:

- Develop visually captivating designs for both print and digital mediums, including social media graphics, marketing collateral, website elements, and more.
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with the brand's visual identity and objectives.
- Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and software tools to ensure cutting-edge and innovative design solutions.
- Understand and interpret design briefs, incorporating feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and meet project requirements.
- Ensure consistent branding and visual cohesion across all design assets, maintaining brand guidelines and standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines and delivering high-quality designs within specified timelines.
- Work closely with other team members, including copywriters, marketers, and developers, to ensure seamless integration of design elements.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign).
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
- Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present and articulate design concepts and ideas.
