About the Role

We are seeking a 
Creative Designer
 with a strong imagination and an eye for detail—someone who can translate ideas into compelling visuals that inspire, engage, and communicate clearly. This role goes beyond execution; it requires 
conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and the ability to bring abstract ideas to life
 through design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualisation & Ideation:
  • Understand project briefs and translate them into creative concepts.
  • Think beyond aesthetics—design with purpose, clarity, and impact.
  • Visualisation:
  • Create visually striking designs across digital, print, and social platforms.
  • Design Execution:
  • Deliver high-quality creative assets—posters, ads, presentations, branding, and digital campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency in design language across brand touchpoints.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to refine ideas.
  • Present and communicate design rationale with clarity and confidence.
  • Innovation & Exploration:
  • Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and visual storytelling techniques.
  • Bring fresh perspectives and bold ideas to creative discussions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in creative design roles (agency or brand side).
  • A portfolio showcasing strong 
    conceptual thinking and visual storytelling
    .
