Clean Co. is a leading eco-conscious brand dedicated to redefining home care through high-quality, sustainable cleaning products. We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Creative Designer to elevate our brand through compelling visual and motion assets across digital and print landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design engaging graphics and visual assets for e-commerce channels (Amazon, Shopify, Wix) including product images, banners, and promotional material.
  • Create and edit high-impact video content for social media platforms, product launches, and brand campaigns.
  • Develop visually striking printed collateral such as brochures, packaging, posters, and trade show materials.
  • Design ATL (Above The Line) assets (advertisements, billboards, magazine ads) and BTL (Below The Line) assets (leaflets, flyers, in-store displays).
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to deliver consistent brand messaging.
  • Support creative ideation and execution for campaign launches, influencer activations, and seasonal promos.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or related field (preferred).
  • 1+ years experience in graphic design and video editing for brands, agencies, or e-commerce (freshers with an exceptional portfolio are encouraged).
  • Expert proficiency with design and editing software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, Figma, etc..
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, layout, color, and branding.
  • Proven ability to create assets for digital (web/social/e-commerce) and print (packaging/brochures).
  • Experience developing ATL/BTL advertising materials is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent visual storytelling and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
