Field Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Visit potential and existing customers to present company products/services and generate sales.
- Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
- Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and update CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (if required).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,482.01 - ₹37,248.79 per month
