Job Purpose:
They play a crucial role in all SET Lab activities leading the deployment of SET Lab kits, the onboarding of new sites and the governance of SET Lab community within the applicable laboratories in STO and SDC sites.

Coordinating the SET Lab Service Operations/Delivery in the STO and SDC organization ensuring all agreed service levels are maintained.

They are also responsible for leading the communication strategy for the SET Lab program to help the organization being aware about new SET Lab kits, initiatives as well as services.

Tracking and Trending of all global and local implementation SET Lab activities with the goal to keep agreed timelines.

Coordination of all SET Lab activities and alignment with the project IT functions (internal / external) - as well as with all impacted Sandoz sites.

Support other Digital QC projects/initiatives and lab activities at Sandoz in collaboration with the DQC Business Lead.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
2. Lead and define the kit consumption plan strategy to increase the utilization of the SET Lab catalog in the community. Support the SET Lab Service Operations team to ensure vital IT services are delivered to maintain the kit consumption strategy and the management of Service Requests and Incidents while ensure all compliance (DI and Validation). Assist the sites during the SET Lab kit deployment plan. Ensure appropriate communication related to upgrades on the existing kits as well as new kits incorporated in the catalogue.

5. Lead the SET Lab portal to ensure it is accurately updated and maintained. Facilitate budget preparation and tracking for SET Lab program, ensuring requirements are accurately identified and endorsed by all partners according the target. Lead SET Lab implementation at new sites/organizations added to the SET Lab progress. This includes coordinating the on-boarding activities since preparation to implementation phases including required training. Lead on-site implementation during the on-boarding process as required.

What you’ll bring to the role:
Education: University degree in Life sciences or IT (or equivalent experience)

Languages: English - proficient oral/written

Ideally proficient in a second language (German, French, Spanish), not required.

Most important relevant expertise of: Proven expertise of 7+ years in Pharmaceutical, Chemical or Biological Operations.

Broad technical experience in Analytical Testing / Quality Control functions or Quality IT systems

Demonstrated project and change leadership skills.

Experience in implementation of IT systems.

Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, communication, negotiation, problem solving skills and established record of staff development.

Desired proven experience:
Experience in bridging Quality Control and IT systems.
