2. **Skills**:

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
- Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Understanding of social media platforms and trends.

3. Post on social media4. **Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company's website or other online platforms.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), including budget management and optimization.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and other key metrics using tools like Google Analytics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for various digital channels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and propose new ideas and initiatives to drive growth.
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Manage relationships with external agencies or vendors as needed for specialized digital marketing services.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
