Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Details:
We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy to drive brand awareness, engage audiences, and generate leads.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a content marketing strategy aligned with business goals and target audience preferences
- Create compelling and engaging content across various formats, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, social media updates, and more
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content optimization
- Conduct keyword research and analyze content performance metrics
- Stay updated with content marketing trends and best practices
- Manage and maintain the content calendar
- Build relationships with industry influencers and thought leaders
- Measure and report on content performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or related fields
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with ability to adapt to various tones and styles
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Creativity and ability to generate fresh and engaging content ideas
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field (preferred)

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

**Education**:
