**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Generate and convert leads through outbound calls.
- Make a minimum of 150 to 200 calls daily.
- Create and manage a sales pipeline and provide monthly sales projections based on it.

**Requirements**:

- Any Graduate.
- Experience in retail and channel sales is required.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
