**Job Title**:
Property Sourcing Executive _**(Female)**_

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a smart and organized **Property Sourcing Executive** to join our office-based team. The role involves calling property owners (leads provided by us), collecting property details, and updating our system. No fieldwork - full support and training provided.
- Call property owners and collect property details
- Fill out our Property Registration Form
- List and update property details in our CRM system
- Maintain accurate records of all conversations and follow-ups
- Coordinate with the internal team for verification and listing
- Regular follow-ups with property owners for updates

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong communication skills in Gujarati & Hindi (Basic English preferred)
- Good with phone conversations and data entry
- Organised and consistent in follow-ups
- Prior real estate/admin/tele calling experience is a plus

**Qualification**:
Graduate in any field

**Experience Criteria**:
Minimum 1 year of experience in tele-sales, sales support, or a similar role

**Salary**:
