We are currently looking for a dedicated **Sales Coordinator** to join our team. The details of the position are as follows:
**Job Summary**:
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing leads, understanding client requirements, and coordinating property searches, proposals, and visits. This role involves working closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure smooth processes and effective communication until property closure.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- _**Lead Management**_:_
- Receive assigned leads and initiate the first contact with clients.
- Gather detailed requirements from clients to understand their property needs.
- _**Property Search & Proposal Preparation**_:_
- Search for suitable properties in our CRM, internal database, and other sources.
- Prepare customized proposals using our ready-made templates, including property details, photographs, brochures, and other relevant materials.
- Share proposals with clients in a timely manner.
- _**Client Coordination & Follow-up**_:_
- Maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding their interest in the properties.
- Schedule and arrange property visits, coordinating with the property owner and site visit coordinator for access and keys.
- Accompany clients during property visits if needed, ensuring a smooth experience.
- _**Post-Visit Follow-up**_:_
- Gather client feedback post-visit, addressing any concerns or preferences.
- Repeat the search and proposal process based on client feedback until a property is selected.
- _**Closure**_:_
- Ensure all necessary actions are taken until the successful closure of property deals.
- _**Skills and Qualifications**_:_
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Experience in real estate or property coordination is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
