**Position**: CNC Operator (Turning Center)
**Location**: Peenya, Bangalore
**Gender Preference**: Male
**Education**: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
**Experience**: 2 to 5 years in CNC Turning Center operations
**Salary**: ₹20,000 per month

**Responsibilities**:
**Machine Operation**:

- Operate and monitor CNC Turning Centers and Turnmill Centers (2-axis/3-axis).
- Manage machine setup, tooling, and program adjustments as required.

**Controller Expertise**:

- Operate and manage machines using the Fanuc controller (experience with Fanuc is an added advantage).

**Technical Skills**:

- Interpret engineering drawings and translate them into machining operations.
- Develop and follow process plans, routing cards, and inspection workflows.
- Maintain dimensional accuracy and quality during production.

**Inspection and Quality Control**:

- Conduct quality checks on machined components to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Identify and address quality deviations promptly.

**Shift Work**:

- Work in a two-shift system (Day and Night shifts).

**Required Skills**:

- Hands-on experience in operating 2-axis and 3-axis CNC Turning Centers and Turnmill Centers.
- Proficiency in studying engineering drawings, creating process plans, and performing inspections.
- Familiarity with Fanuc controllers is a plus.
- Strong understanding of machining workflows and quality standards.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high precision.

**Employment Details**:

- **Working Days**: Monday to Saturday
- **Weekly Off**: Sunday
- **Shifts**: 2 shifts (Day and Night)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
- Night shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CNC Programming: 1 year (preferred)
- CNC: 1 year (preferred)

**Location**:

- Bangalore, Karnataka (preferred)
