**1. Machine Operation**
- Operate CNC Turning machines (lathe) as per engineering drawings and instructions.
- Monitor and control machine operations during production.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished components.

**2. Program Handling**
- Understand and run CNC programs (G-code, M-code).
- Make minor program edits or offsets as needed.
- Use FANUC, Siemens, or other CNC controllers (based on machine type).

**3. Tool Setup & Work Offsets**
- Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, and holders.
- Set tool lengths and work offsets accurately using gauges.
- Change tools and set tool life monitoring if required.

**4. Inspection & Quality Control**
- Perform in-process and final dimensional checks using measuring instruments (Vernier, micrometer, dial gauge, bore gauge, etc.).
- Maintain part quality as per drawing tolerance.
- Record inspection data and maintain process sheets.

**5. Maintenance & Machine Care**
- Conduct daily machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
- Monitor coolant levels, lubrication, and ensure machine cleanliness.
- Identify and report machine malfunctions or unusual behavior.

**6. Production Management**
- Meet daily/shift production targets.
- Reduce cycle time, rework, and rejection rates.
- Minimize material wastage and optimize machine utilization.

**7. Coordination & Reporting**
- Coordinate with supervisors, quality control, and maintenance teams.
- Provide shift reports and production logs.
- Communicate issues or improvements related to production or quality.

**8. Safety & Compliance**
- Follow all shop floor safety rules and wear appropriate PPE.
- Ensure safe operation of CNC Turning machines.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
