**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Supervision and Leadership:

- Lead and supervise the housekeeping team, providing direction, training, and support to ensure efficient operations.
- Schedule and assign daily cleaning tasks to staff, ensuring appropriate coverage and timely completion.

2. Quality Control:

- Inspect and ensure that all areas of the facility meet the established cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Conduct routine quality checks and address any issues or deficiencies promptly.

3. Training and Development:

- Provide training to new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and equipment usage.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.

4. Inventory Management:

- Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock and proper usage.
- Place orders for supplies and maintain accurate inventory records.

5. Health and Safety Compliance:

- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations regarding cleaning procedures and the use of chemicals and equipment.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to protect staff and facility occupants.

6. Reporting and Administration
- Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, cleaning schedules, and maintenance requests.
- Prepare reports on housekeeping operations, including inventory usage and staff performance metrics.

7. Collaboration
- Coordinate with other departments to address specific cleaning needs and support special events or projects.
- Communicate effectively with management to keep them informed of housekeeping activities and any urgent issues.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in housekeeping or facility maintenance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safety practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
