**Supervision**:Direct and supervise construction activities on-site, including coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and laborers to ensure work is carried out efficiently and according to specifications.

**Scheduling**:Develop and maintain project schedules, including tasks, milestones, and deadlines, to ensure timely completion of the project.

**Quality Control**: Monitor workmanship and quality of materials to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.

**Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to create a safe working environment for all personnel on-site and minimize the risk of accidents or injuries.

**Material Management**: Coordinate the delivery and storage of materials, equipment, and supplies needed for construction activities, ensuring adequate inventory levels and minimizing wastage.

**Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact between project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and management, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.

**Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve challenges or obstacles that may arise during construction, such as design changes, delays, or conflicts between subcontractors, in a timely and effective manner.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily progress reports, inspection records, change orders, and as-built drawings, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitate project closeout.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
