**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products/services clearly and effectively to customers.
- Maintain customer database and update records regularly.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, leads, and feedback.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets.
- Handle customer queries and escalate issues when required.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Support sales team with lead generation and appointment setting.

**Required Skills**:

- Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English (regional language knowledge is an advantage).
- Polite, confident, and professional telephone etiquette.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
- Active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

**Eligibility**
- Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
