Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers (Male/Female) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the sales/marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Explain products/services clearly and effectively to customers.
  • Maintain customer database and update records regularly.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries, leads, and feedback.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets.
  • Handle customer queries and escalate issues when required.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Support sales team with lead generation and appointment setting.

Required Skills

  • Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English (regional language knowledge is an advantage).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Data Entry).
  • Polite, confident, and professional telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
  • Active listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

  • Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of telecalling/voice process/BPO experience.
