**Working Days**: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday fixed off)

ProBill RCM, a leading name in medical billing, is seeking enthusiastic and experienced AR Executives to join our team in Chandigarh. This role involves working closely with healthcare providers to manage accounts receivables, ensure timely claim resolution, and maintain a healthy cash flow.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and work on accounts receivables for provider claims.
- Follow up with insurance companies for claim resolution and reimbursement.
- Handle claim denials, appeals, and re-submissions efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of follow-ups and claim status.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve performance and quality standards.
- Address client queries promptly and professionally.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in AR handling within the medical billing domain.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare processes, insurance claims, and denials.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in night shifts and meet deadlines.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Chandigarh-based applicants are prioritized as cab facility is currently unavailable.
