- Fixed Shift: 06:30 P.M to 03:30 A.M IST
- **Working Days**: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday fixed off)

ProBill RCM, a trusted name in medical billing, is seeking a meticulous Payment Poster to join our team in Chandigarh. This role focuses on accurately posting payments, adjustments, and denials into the billing system and ensuring proper reconciliation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Post payments, denials, and adjustments into the billing system accurately.
- Reconcile payment reports and resolve discrepancies.
- Work collaboratively with AR teams to address payment-related issues.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in payment posting within the medical billing domain.
- Strong understanding of EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) and payment processes.
- Proficiency in billing software and Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Chandigarh-based applicants are prioritized as cab facility is currently unavailable.
