Personal Assistant

Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed (ad hoc).
- Provide general administrative support.
- Assist in planning and organising day-to-day activities, including scheduling and adjusting appointments and job details.
- Use Microsoft Project to arrange, maintain, and manage schedules, with a focus on adjusting and updating timelines as necessary.
**Requirements and Skills**
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and advanced skills in Microsoft Project.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Availability to work within Australian business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM AEST).
- Ability to manage social media accounts and website content (optional).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
