**Sales Executive - Admissions (Offline Batches)**

Location: Biomentors Command Center, Hoshangabad road, Bhopal

**Employment Type: Full-time**

Our **Command Center in Bhopal** serves as the central hub for student admissions, counseling, and academic support.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Student Counseling & Admission Promotion**:

- Conduct in-depth counseling sessions with students and parents about Biomentors' courses.
- Explain course structure, batch schedules, fee details, and scholarship opportunities.
- Address queries and objections to convert leads into admissions.

**Lead Generation & Conversion**:

- Identify and reach out to potential students through **walk-ins, calls, referrals, and field visits**.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets.

**Sales & Marketing Support**:

- Assist in organizing **open houses, seminars, and education fairs** to attract students.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns (offline & digital).
- Gather market feedback and suggest strategies to improve enrollment.

**Relationship Management**:

- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and schools/colleges for referrals.
- Ensure a smooth admission process and post-admission support.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
✔ Excellent **Hindi & English** communication (verbal & written).

✔ Prior experience in **education sales, counseling, or B2C sales** preferred.

✔ Strong **persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills**.

✔ Basic knowledge of **competitive exam trends (NEET/JEE/CUET)** is a plus.

✔ Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with **field visits**.
