Urgent requirement of a FRESHER Job trainee-Rubber Technologist for a leading manufacturing industry based at Sonipat / Baddi location. Freshers with BSC/Diploma in Rubber or polymer can share their CV.

**Job Description**:
 Knowledge about Tensile Test, Hardness Test, Specific Gravity, Dispersion Test,

Compression Set, Ash content, Moisture content, Bonding Test, Burning Test, Hose

 Work on Oscillating Disc Rheometer, Moving Disc Rheometer, Mooney Viscometer.

 To prepare document like report, specification sheet and other documentary work.

 Maintaining 4M, 5S and Skill matrix standard.

 Maintain Calibration record in overall plant according to NABL.

 Conducting internal audit.

 Prepare new WI (Work Instruction) SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and

Format.

 Men power handling.

 Responsible for customer and supplier system audit.

 To ensure Process Quality, Incoming and final quality inspection and maintaining

respective documents.

 Process Problem Solving.

 Production training to new manpower.

 Designing and developing rubber compounds with EPDM, NBR, NBR-PVC, SBR, &
rubber to bonded parts.

 Troubleshooting all technical compounding problem, conducting various test

inspection to ensure that product developed are in compliance with set quality

specification.

 Cost saving project

 Adept at carrying out various test and inspection for various processes and checking

the quality standard of incoming material & final goods.

 For material coordinate with supplier for technical query, sample plan, sample

analysis, feedback, and discussion.

 Ensure the complete compound design & verification validation before to

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
