Job Title Senior Rubber Technologist Location Sonepat Experience Required 12 Yrs Industry Rubber Manufacturing Automotive Industrial Products Qualification Diploma Degree in Rubber Technology Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Rubber Technologist to lead and manage activities related to rubber compounding mixing and extrusion The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Rubber Technology and proven hands-on experience in formulation development process optimization and team leadership Key Responsibilities Lead the formulation and development of rubber compounds as per product and customer requirements NR SBR NBR EPDM etc Optimize mixing and extrusion processes to enhance product quality consistency and process efficiency Supervise and manage the compounding and mixing operations in the plant Work closely with production QA QC and R D teams to troubleshoot and resolve processing or formulation issues Evaluate raw materials and work with suppliers for material selection and improvement Ensure adherence to industry standards and compliance with regulatory norms Analyze compound properties using rheometers Mooney viscometers tensile testing machines etc Maintain and update technical documentation including formulations test reports and process sheets Train and lead a team of junior technologists operators and production staff Continuously monitor market trends and technological advancements to suggest improvements and innovations Ensure effective communication and coordination between departments for smooth workflow Key Requirements Diploma or Degree in Rubber Technology from a recognized institute 12 years of relevant experience in rubber compounding mixing extrusion and formulation In-depth knowledge of elastomers additives vulcanization systems and material behavior Strong understanding of rubber processing equipment and quality testing instruments Proven experience in team handling process control and troubleshooting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in documentation reporting and technical communication Preferred Skills Experience with automotive or industrial rubber products Exposure to ISO TS IATF RDSO standards customer audits and quality systems Working knowledge of ERP systems for production and material management HR- 9761641286 Job Type Full-time Pay 200 000 00 - 300 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Education Diploma Required Experience Rubber Technologist 10 years Required HOSE Industries 5 years Required Industrial Products 5 years Required Work Location In person
