Job description:

- Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with leads, understanding their needs and providing solutions in accordance to offerings of company.
- Present and explain our services to prospective clients in an engaging manner.
- Track leads and sales activities using basic organisational tools (e.g., spreadsheets, notes).
- Collaborate with the business owner to create promotional materials and outreach strategies.
- Follow up with clients after initial contact to nurture relationships and encourage conversions.
- Assist in gathering feedback to improve services and client satisfaction
- Referral conversion from the pre existing clients.
- Cold calling at pre-existing leads.
- Target achievement each month as per company norms.
- Selling products, services and packages as per modifications done by the company.
- Customer relationship management with new, existing and ex-clients.
- Following enrolled clients and finding solutions to their problems by coordinating with the tech team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
- Yearly bonus

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (required)
