Core responsibilities
- **Client relationship management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- **Product/service presentation**: Conduct meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase products or services and explain their benefits.
- **Sales and negotiation**: Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales quotas and targets.
- **Record keeping and reporting**: Use CRM software to maintain accurate records of client interactions, track sales progress, and prepare performance reports.
- **Customer support**: Handle customer inquiries, questions, and complaints, and provide after-sales support to ensure satisfaction.

Key skills and qualifications
- **Sales experience**: Proven experience in a sales or account management role.
- **Negotiation and closing skills**: Ability to negotiate deals effectively and successfully close sales.
- **Communication and interpersonal skills**: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport and persuading clients.
- **Technical proficiency**: Experience with CRM software and a strong command of MS Office is beneficial.
- **Results-driven mindset**: A self-motivated, results-oriented approach is required to meet sales targets.
- **Product knowledge**: A thorough understanding of the products and services being sold, as well as market trends and competitors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
