Spolto’s platform aims to use technology to democratize and bridge gaps in the sports ecosystem in India. The platform will connect people who want to engage in sports with its partners, which for now, includes sports academies and coaches. By allowing people open access to organized information and letting partners increase online exposure, Spolto looks to uplift grassroots sports in India. By achieving our vision, we can not only make sports better but also take a step toward making our society a better place.

Our Business Associate will be a problem solver and an opportunity creator. The person will be put into teams, situations (internal & external) with the goal of generating revenues/create opportunities. They will need to sell products/services and/or represent the organization to fulfill its long-term and short term targets.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- _Responsible for generating revenue by building new partnerships, selling intellectual property and Spolto’s upcoming projects_
- _Arranging, coordinating and executing Spolto’s tournaments, tryouts, exhibition games and other such activities_
- _Responsible for selling Spolto’s services (custom training programs, doorstep coaching etc) to relevant audience groups_
- _Responsible for collecting, analysing and presenting market insights to curate Spolto’s proprietary services/products_

**SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- _Responsible as the point of contact to ensure smooth onboarding, retention of clients and understand their feedback/needs_
- _Seek opportunities for process improvement & suggest new ideas to improve all areas of Spolto from marketing to product & beyond_
- _Ensure flawless communication between clients and product team_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
