**Education**:

- Should be a French B2 certified
- Graduate

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support for backend operations in both voice and non-voice processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve clients issues and escalate as necessary.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines for quality assurance and compliance.
- Complete assigned tasks and meet or exceed performance metrics and targets.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and process updates to provide accurate information to clients.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and share feedback with team leads.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in French at a B2 level, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in French, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and manage workload effectively.
- Experience in backend operations or clients support roles preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
