  • Ability to communicate with our French customers in both written and spoken English within corporate environment
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Eligibility

  • "Proficiency in French language, along with strong communication, verbal and writing skills, is required."
  • Fresher/ experience both can apply.
  • Graduates with C1 French certification can apply.

  • 5 days working with 2 rotational offs
