**Job Location**: Jhotwara, Jaipur (Plant Onsite)

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Salary**: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lathe Machine Operations**:

- Set up and operate lathe machines to fabricate metal and other materials.
- Select and install cutting tools, attachments, and accessories.
- **Blueprint Interpretation**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to determine specifications.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Calculate dimensions, tolerances, and other operational parameters such as speed, feed, and depth of cut.
- Monitor machine performance and adjust as necessary to optimize output.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect finished workpieces using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
- Ensure workpieces meet required specifications and quality standards.
- **Maintenance**:

- Perform routine maintenance on lathe machines to ensure functionality.
- Troubleshoot and address machine issues to minimize downtime.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Follow safety protocols and regulations during machine operation.
- Identify and mitigate potential hazards in the workplace.
- **Collaboration**:

- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding production requirements and issues.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated on industry advancements and participate in relevant training programs.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
