Key Responsibilities:

- **Machine Operation**: Operate and manage the paper bag manufacturing machines with precision, ensuring consistent, high-quality output.
- **Set-Up and Calibration**: Set up, calibrate, and fine-tune the machine according to production specifications, including loading paper rolls, adjusting machine settings, and ensuring proper alignment for various bag sizes and types.
- **Production Monitoring**: Oversee the entire production process, ensuring smooth and efficient machine operation, and troubleshooting any issues to minimize downtime.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards, including checking for defects such as tears, misprints, or incorrect sizes.
- **Maintenance and Troubleshooting**: Perform routine maintenance, conduct minor repairs, and troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure optimal machine performance and reduce downtime.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere strictly to safety procedures and protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all production staff.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate production logs, record machine settings, monitor performance, and report any machine issues or production delays to the supervisor.
- **Team Collaboration**: Coordinate closely with production supervisors, quality control teams, and other staff to ensure production goals are met on time and within specifications.

Qualifications:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience operating and maintaining paper bag manufacturing machines or similar machinery in a production environment.
- **Technical Expertise**: In-depth knowledge of machine set-up, calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong ability to identify and resolve machine-related issues independently and efficiently.
- **Attention to Detail**: High focus on quality control, ensuring all products meet established standards.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physically demanding tasks such as lifting or adjusting machine parts.
- **Safety-Conscious**: Knowledge of industry-standard safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

Preferred:

- **Experience in the Paper or Packaging Industry**:

- **Mechanical Aptitude**: Strong mechanical understanding and ability to handle minor repairs independently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
