**Office Hours**: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 (based on experience and communication skills)

We are looking for a smart and responsible **Office Assistant** to handle incoming customer calls and assist potential clients interested in purchasing **Target Innovations’ range of machines,**and maintain data on MS Office - Excel sheet

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer and manage incoming customer calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Provide a brief description and basic information about Target Innovations’ machines.
- Identify serious and genuine buyers.
- Forward qualified leads to the **Marketing Department / Department Head** for further discussion.
- Maintain call logs and update inquiry details on MS Office
- Excel
- Support basic office administrative tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills (English and Hindi).
- Pleasant and confident phone manners.
- Basic understanding of machines or willingness to learn product details.
- Punctual, organized, and sincere in work.
