Office Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 (based on experience and communication skills)
Job Description:
We are looking for a smart and responsible Office Assistant to handle incoming customer calls and assist potential clients interested in purchasing Target Innovations' range of machines, and maintain data on MS Office - Excel sheet
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming customer calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Provide a brief description and basic information about Target Innovations' machines.
- Identify serious and genuine buyers.
- Forward qualified leads to the Marketing Department / Department Head for further discussion.
- Maintain call logs and update inquiry details on MS Office- Excel
- Support basic office administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (English and Hindi).
- Pleasant and confident phone manners.
- Basic understanding of machines or willingness to learn product details.
- Punctual, organized, and sincere in work.
