Sales Co-ordinator

1) Identify potential channel partners through market research, networking, and industry events.
2) Onboard new channel partners that align with the organization's goals and target markets.
3) Conduct training sessions and workshops to equip channel partners with the necessary knowledge and tools.
4) Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective channel partners.
5)Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners, addressing their needs and concerns.
6) Facilitate the onboarding process for new channel partners, ensuring they understand the organization’s products, services, and sales processes
7) Conduct training sessions and workshops to equip channel partners with the necessary knowledge and tools.
8) Conduct regular CP meets to promote brand awareness, product pitching, and new offers to boost lead generation and sales.
9) Verifying CP bills and sharing the same with the accounts department.
10) Coordinating with accounts department in clearance of vendor bills and resolving discrepancies if any.
11) Develop and manage incentive programs to motivate and reward high-performing channel partners.
12) Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise between the organization and channel partners.
13) Drive sales and increase revenue through CPs.
14) Follow-up with CPs on the potential leads as communicated by the sales team for deal closing.
15) Assist the sales team in negotiation with the customer and deal closing.
16) Assist sales team in product & sample flat presentations, and follow up with the customers
17) Assist in Planning and executing successful project launches and promotional events.
18) Promote project launch to CP and invite them to participate in launches, events etc.
19) Conduct surveys for targeted land and submit statistics on various parameters to take decision whether to buy that land or not
20) Carry on CRM activities and make necessary coordinations
21) Plan for regular CP meets to promote projects & products to boost the sales activities.
22)Source high networth investors for the sales and achieve target month on month
23) Do events in top corporates for canopy activity and source customers
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
