Use standard formats for compilation and presentation to recruiting manager
- Creating and using tracking sheets to map progress on any open position
- Using standard response time system to deal with resumes and especially responded ones
- Hold telephonic / web initial screening interviews by following standard questionnaire to gather/verify/clarify required information
- Use standard system, digital or manual to records interview highlights
- Use interview rating sheet to maintain record of interview discussions
- Periodically update database, remove redundant resumes

- Recruiting: 4 years (preferred)
