Job Title: Tech RecruiterExperience Level: 6 months to 2 YearsCTC: 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 per annumLocation: Lower Parel, Mumbai / Vashi, Navi MumbaiJob Type: Full-TimeDepartment: Human ResourcesAbout the Role:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Tech Recruiter with 6 months to 2 Years of experience to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier technical talent to help build our high-performing engineering and product teams. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, build robust pipelines, and deliver a seamless candidate experience.MUST HAVE SKILLS::PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AS TECH RECRUITER (6 MONTHS TO 2 YEARS)SHOULD HAVE AN EXPERIENCE OF WORKING IN IT INDUSTRY BEFOREKey Responsibilities:Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top tech talentConduct technical skills assessments and candidate screeningsSource candidates through various channels and networksManage the interview scheduling and on-boarding processStay updated on tech recruitment trends and best practicesUtilise recruitment analytics to optimize the hiring processImplement diversity hiring initiativesNegotiate offers and manage the recruitment budgetRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.6 months - 2 years of experience in tech recruitment, either in-house or at an agency.Strong understanding of technical roles and modern tech stacks.Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills:Strong knowledge of the tech industry and recruitment toolsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to assess technical skills and evaluate candidatesProficiency in Python recruitmentExperience with data-driven recruitment strategiesOther Details:This is a full- time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Arcitech AI offers a collaborative and innovative work environment with weekends off and provident fund benefits. Professional growth opportunities and a competitive benefits package are also available.
