Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and engage them in conversations to present and promote our ERP solutions.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion.

Build and maintain a database of potential customers, recording all interactions and outcomes accurately.

Identify customer needs and pain points related to their current business processes and demonstrate how our ERP solutions can address those challenges effectively.

Clearly articulate the features, advantages, and benefits of our ERP solutions to potential customers.

Answer questions, handle objections, and provide necessary information to prospects to build trust and confidence in our offerings.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized proposals and quotes based on customer requirements.

Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture prospects and convert them into sales opportunities.

Conduct product demonstrations and online presentations to showcase the capabilities and functionality of our ERP solutions.

Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with customers, ensuring a win-win situation for both parties.

Provide exceptional customer service, promptly resolving any issues or complaints to maintain customer satisfaction.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities.

Accurately document and update customer information, sales activities, and call outcomes in the CRM system.

Meet call volume and quality metrics to meet or exceed organizational goals.

Participate in regular training sessions and stay updated on the latest features and enhancements of our ERP solutions.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
