Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing students.
  • Explain products/services clearly and persuasively.
  • Handle students questions and objections with confidence.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
  • Maintain records of calls, sales, and student information.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.

Skills Required:

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Excellent communication and convincing skills.
  • Confidence in handling student's queries and objections.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).

Qualification:

  • Any Bachelor's degree .
  • Prior telesales/telemarketing/customer service experience is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
