Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced CHA Executive/Senior Executive to join our team

solid background in handling electronic components. A proactive approach to customer service and

strong knowledge of customs regulations are essential.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Oversee complete customs clearance procedures (Air and Sea) for imports and exports, ensuring

timely processing and compliance.
- Manage documentation such as Bills of Entry, Shipping Bills, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, etc.
- Liaise with customs authorities, port officials, and other regulatory bodies to ensure smooth

movement of goods.
- Handle classification, valuation, and HS codes for electronic components in line with the latest

customs notifications.
- Coordinate with customers and internal operations teams for timely updates, document follow-ups,

and query resolution.

- Work closely with CHA license holders and ensure documentation is as per compliance and SOP.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers from the electronics industry to understand and fulfill

unique regulatory and logistics needs.

Job Requirements:

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in CHA operations within the freight forwarding industry.
- Proven experience handling electronic components/parts/equpment is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Customs Regulations, EXIM policies, and DGFT norms.
- Familiarity with ICES, ICEGATE, and EDI-based filing systems.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills for effective client handling.
- Proficient in MS Office and documentation tools

Preferred Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of HS Code classification and customs duty structures, especially for electronic

components
- Proficiency with ICEGATE, ICES, and EDI filing systems
- Experience handling time-sensitive shipments and ensuring accurate documentation
- Strong communication skills for effective coordination with customs authorities and electronics

industry clients
- Familiarity with import/export schemes (e.g., EPCG, SEZ, MEIS) and trade compliance regulations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
