**Profile Introduction**:
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled MBA Finance graduate to join our team as a Finance Executive. As a Finance Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing financial operations within our organization. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance profitability and financial efficiency. **Responsibilities**:

- Conducting financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Preparing financial reports, including monthly financial statements, budget variance analysis, and forecasting.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of financial strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
- Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of transactions.
- Collaborating with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Monitoring cash flow and liquidity to support effective financial planning and decision-making.
- Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Conducting research and providing recommendations on investment opportunities and capital allocation.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Participating in financial audits and providing necessary documentation and support.

**Requirements**:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends effectively.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in finance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing financial issues.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
