**Purpose**:
Executive Finance will be an integral part of Kimplas Finance Team. The incumbent needs to work on various aspects of Finance ( as detailed below ) but the scope should not be construed as inclusive as

**Primary Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned**:

- Maintaining the books and accounts of a foreign subsidiary ( per UK GAAP ) in Tally software. Familiarity with Tally will be an added advantage
- Independently handle the audit of the international subsidiary ( off line )
- Accounts Receivables : Accounting ( Managed in SAP ) & MIS Reports. Familiarity with SAP will be considered as an added advantage
- Conversant with filing of various TDS Returns
- GST Reconciliation
- General Ledger Reconciliation and Accounts Scrutiny
- Active involvement in Statutory and IFRS audit for Kimplas India
- Submission of Group Reports

**Reporting Responsibilities**:This role reports directly to the Plant Finance Head

**Supervisory Responsibilities**:This position has no supervisory responsibility at this point of time

**Profile**:

- B. Com ( Hons )
- M.Com/ MBA ( Finance) /I C W A /CA ( Inter ) will be an added advantage
- Having worked in manufacturing industries
- Exposure to SAP
- Minimum experience of 5 (Five) years
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills
- User of MS Office
- Ability to work with multi-functional teams including Business Development, Operations ,Project Management, etc
