Executive Director of Finance

The primary objective of this role is to supervise and execute all financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial reporting. This position requires an experienced finance professional who can analyze complex financial data and develop effective solutions to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to inform business decisions.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage a team of finance professionals and provide guidance on financial processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify areas for cost reduction and implement initiatives to improve profitability.
- Analyze financial trends and provide insights to support strategic business decisions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (CA) with minimum 4-5 years' experience in finance.
- Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
